Visit the official website of UIDAI- uidai.gov.in
On the homepage, click on the link which says Aadhaar Services
From the list opened, select Aadhaar Authentication History
A new window will open where you need to enter your Aadhaar number
An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number and enter the same on the window
Your Aadhaar authentication history will be displayed on the screen. A maximum of 50 records will be shown. If required, you can download or take a print out of the same.
